Therapeutic Massage

Integrative massage that treats muscle pain and stiffness. Great for relaxation needs, fibromyalgia, sciatica, tennis elbow, sports injuries and many other conditions.

60 minutes- $100 (members pay $85)

90 minutes- $140 (members pay $125)

120 minutes- $215 (members pay $200)

Prenatal

Studies indicate that massage therapy performed during pregnancy can reduce anxiety, decrease symptoms of depression, relieve muscle aches and joint pains, improve labor outcomes and newborn health. We use the Earthlite Pregnancy pillow that allows the mother-to-be to lie face down to allow better access to the low back.
