Before Your Appointment
ALL APPOINTMENTS ARE SCHEDULED ON-LINE. Please understand that a credit card and a $5 deposit is required to schedule all first time appointments. Your appointment can be rescheduled or canceled up to 12 hours before without penalty. We are a small business and we understand that life happens, but it is also important that our therapists are compensated for their time or loss of revenue due to last minutes cancellations.
We have opted to provide all client paperwork on-line. This prevents the need to show up 15 minutes early to fill out intake forms:) If you ever have any concerns, or would like to have a consultation before receiving a service, feel free to contact Monique at monique@thehealerstouch.org. Keep in mind that I am the owner/operator but also part of the working staff. I will get back to you ASAP if I am in a service:)
Clients Have The Right To:
A clean, comfortable and safe environment
Stop treatment at any time, for any reason
Be treated with dignity and respect
Trained staff who follows The Code of Ethics, policies and procedures determined by the TN Massage Therapy Board
Request information concerning licensing
Clients Have The Responsibility to:
Communicate preferences, expectations and any concerns
Communicate current and accurate health information
Treat staff with courtesy
Adhere to all policies
Payments
We accept cash, and major credit cards. Payment is due upon completion of service.
